Neurorehabilitation

Neurorehabilitation

I work primarily with the Bobath concept, which is a holistic way of treating neurological patients and even serves also to treat patients who suffer from a neurological pathology, i.e. understanding that each segment of the body and each system of the same is a part of a whole.

Seeking to facilitate a quality movement to these patients.

The development of the concept was originated in the 1950s by Karel and Bertha Bobath. This way of working is in continuous development based on the evolution of the discoveries that are occurring in neuroscience. This is handled by the ATB (world Association of Therapists Bobath). Developing and offering continuous training based on this evolution.

Hemiplegia, paraplegia, multiple sclerosis, ALS and cranioencephalic trauma are the most common pathologies.
